Who is responsible
EngiPlugins is an independent early-stage software project and trading name based in Spain. For questions about this website or information sent to the project, contact hello@engiplugins.com.
Website visits
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, user accounts, contact forms or drawing uploads. Its own code does not set cookies or use browser storage.
The public website is hosted using GitHub Pages. GitHub states that visitors’ IP addresses are logged and stored for security purposes, including for visitors who are not signed in. See GitHub Pages data collection and the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This website does not embed third-party videos or remotely hosted fonts.
Email enquiries
If you email EngiPlugins, your email address, message and any information you choose to include are received to handle your enquiry and any necessary follow-up. Please send only the information needed and avoid confidential drawings or client data.
The contact mailbox is provided through Microsoft 365. Messages are handled through that service; see Microsoft’s Privacy Statement. Provider processing may involve countries outside your own under Microsoft’s applicable data-transfer arrangements.
For general business enquiries, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to requested correspondence. Where an enquiry concerns steps you request before a contract, the relevant pre-contractual basis may apply.
Retention
Correspondence is retained only while it is needed to resolve the enquiry and any relevant follow-up or applicable legal obligation. Messages that are no longer needed are reviewed for deletion periodically; no fixed deletion period is promised. GitHub and Microsoft apply their own retention arrangements to data they process independently.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive portable data where applicable. You may contact EngiPlugins to make a request, and may complain to the relevant data protection supervisory authority. In Spain, this is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity.
Where processing is based on consent, it may be withdrawn without affecting processing already lawfully performed. This notice will include any additional information required for released products.
Future plugins
No EngiPlugins products are currently available. Local-first processing is a development principle, not a statement that every future product will operate without network access. Each released product will describe its actual data handling, including any licensing, activation or telemetry, before use.
Changes and contact
This policy will be reviewed when the website, contact arrangements or products change. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@engiplugins.com.
